SHIPPING

All items ship tracked via Canada Post, UPS or Purolator, and ship within 5-10 business days. You will receive tracking details via the email provided once your order has been fulfilled online. You can 'view order' and follow its tracking. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses can possibly result in your package being returned to sender, or abandoned. If this occurs, Annagail Brand Inc. does not cover any additional shipping costs, fees or loss of items, as this is the responsibility of the customer.

 PICKUP

orders can be picked up anytime locally in Gibsons, British Columbia on the Sunshine Coast. If you would like to pick up locally, please select the option for local pick up at checkout and email:

hello@annagail.ca to arrange a time and day for pick up.

 CUSTOMS + DUTY FEES

Annagail Brand Inc. is not responsible for any delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for all or any customs or duty fees that may apply. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the shipping courier.

 LOST + DAMAGED

Annagail Brand Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Items will be carefully and delicately packed by the owner. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipper with photos. 

MANUFACTURING/SOURCING

Our products are designed locally in Vancouver, BC and made in Asia in small batches at a family run manufacturer (under 50 staff). We are able to keep our line as sustainable as possible as we sell in batches, and once orders sell through, we then order another small batch. We also use the scrap fabric to lessen the waste (this was how the Leny Shorts were created from leftover Anna Linen Trouser fabric). All fabric used is free of harsh chemicals and made with natural fabrics (cotton, linen). Our linen is now OEKO Tek Certified and Cotton is Organic Cotton GOTS Certified.

POLICIES

At this time, Annagail Brand Inc. cannot accept any refunds or cancellations. Exchanges can be made on Annagail Brand Inc. items as long as the item is in its original condition with tags still attached. All sale items are a final sale including Sample & Archived collection pieces. All intimate wear is a final sale (swimsuits & undergarments). You can email us at: hello@annagail.ca.  Please be aware that return shipping, and labels are not covered by Annagail Brand Inc and is the responsibility of the customer. Annagail Brand Inc. can create a shipping label for your item, however the amount for the label must be paid prior to being sent, as well as the shipping for the exchanged piece. Please be aware that all vintage pieces are pre-loved and sold as is. All vintage pieces are a final sale. That being said, please be aware that we will do our best to describe each item and if there are any flaws.
